Prepare the Package
Safely place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided return label.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number to monitor your return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
